Creme Brulee French Toast
This was Awesome! I actually doubled the batch and I made one dish with the crust left on and it was still delicious The carmelized bottoms were simply divine. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the egg mixture was even eaten alone, just the right sweetness. I will be making this again & again!

Seasoned Flank Steak
I Tried this last night and was pleasantly surprised at how good the flavors went with the steak. I only had 1 hour to let it marinate and I actually broiled it on Low broil about 8 minutes a then I fliped them and continued for another 8 minutes. My first Flank steak and it was juicy and tender. One other thing is I had 1 1/2 lb steak was cut into 3 oz strips before putting in the marinate. I don't know if this made a difference or not. I will use this again. Quick and easy with great flavor

Fresh Herbed Halibut
Wonderful! I was looking for a good Halibut recipe that didn't add a lot of fat. I brushed the oil on lightly. I used some of the items that I had on hand and made just a couple changes. I used Fresh crushed garlic rather than the powder. I just brushed it around and mixed it with the oil and lemon juice. I used a Pampered Chef Dill mix rather than plain dill. I enjoyed it very much!!
