MAN! I love to eat...most of all I love trying new things! I have always said I will try any food TWICE...but I have recently gone VEGETARIAN so I guess that wont apply anymore....hhhmmmm... I love cooking Italian! Probably because I am Italian ;) My fav would be...Christmas Eve. Dad goes and buys every fish he can find like squid, smelts, mussles clams and oysters and we chow down in a BIG way! He makes this FANtastic home made pasta with a tomato, basil, clam sauce...TO DIE FOR! My first pie for a family gathering...I got the recipe out of a magazine..."peaches and cream". It all went great! I peeled the freshest, juiciest peaches I could find...I followed the recipe to a tee because I wasnt too familiar with baking at all. I even laticed the top...it looked exactly like the pic in the magazine...until I put my big foot through it! I put it on the floor of the car, then got out to put the dogs in the back...when I jumped back in to bring it to my parents house I stepped right onto it! Dont worry I STILL ate it :)
