Good for You Greek Salad
For some strange reason this didn't taste right ... maybe the lime??

Quick Quiche
I used turkey breast instead of bacon. I only used one egg yolk and an extra egg white. Replaced swiss with mozzarella cheese. Added brocoli. Even with all these changes, it turned out great! Highly recommend it!
