Grilled Portobello Mushrooms
I always use olive oil instead of canola. Dont forget to add some pepper. Excellent if marinated for at least 4 hours.

Tuna Pasta Salad with Dill
With some changes: skim milk instead of whole, + 1/4 cup of celery, 1 cup of peas, 2 hard boiled eggs, celery seed.
