Sauced Fish
I'm not sure I can imagine this recipe good with the original ingredients only. It was really not impressive even after adding some flavor. I decided not to use Dijon, as I use Dijon with most fish recipes and wanted something a little different. So I sprinkled some Old Bay on the cod, covered with the sauce (which had less than half the lemon as most suggested), then added some salt and peppered diced tomatoes on top for more flavor and at least a little color. Very bland. Had to sprinkle more Old Bay on just to get through it. Would recommend possibly trying with Dijon, but would probably avoid and go another route.

Swiss Chicken
My husband and my kids all like this dish. Only adjustments: I roll the breasts in eggs and coat with bread crumbs, as well as sprinkling crumbs on top. I also probably use more cheese because we like alot of cheese. Also we use two cans of C of C soup for more sauce, and I also do not use the butter (you can spray with nonfat butter spray for a little crunch). Very good!

Turkey Burger Pie
I also have to wonder why so many rave reviews. I was scared of not using any flavor, turkey burger is just so blah. So I added Wor. sauce, seasoned salt, pepper and a little garlic salt as suggested by others, and this dish was still just kinda okay. Kids didn't care for it. Probably wouldn't do it again. I do like the meat/pie concept and will search for more. It certainly was easy.
