Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic
Very good, but suggest cutting back a bit on the balsamic vinegar.

Chicken with Grape Tomatoes and Fried Basil
What a wonderful recipe and so easy! I'm not sure that I would change anything. It all worked out superbly. The only thing different that I did was to uncover the pan as I was reducing the liquid. After a short while, I did put a cover on the pan and continued with the original instructions. I served this with butter/garlic fresh mushrooms. Will definitely keep and do this recipe over and over again. Loved it!

Baked Soy Lemon Chops
Found this to be way too salty. Next time would cut back on the Soy Sauce. I did however try it again but this time added Balsamic Vinegar. It changed the whole taste and the chops were really tender. I marinated them for about 4 hours.
