About this Cook
I'm a still a rather new, newly wedd, who loves to cook. I'm willing to try anything, learn no tricks and tips, and do what it takes to acheive the "WOW" factor with my cooking.
My favorite things to cook
DESSERTS
My favorite family cooking traditions
I don't really have any favorite family cooking traditions as my parents didn't really teach me much about cooking. More how to follow directions, and I've learned more as I've gotten older.
My cooking triumphs
I've never had a "customer" complain
My cooking tragedies
I've burnt cookies before, had them stick before, which is not usual for me. But I have learned what I did incorrectly and how to avoid that for in the future.

Sloppy Joes II
Even my picky PIA husband loved this one. Was out of onion which I'm sure would only add to the flavory yumminess!

Apple Breakfast Bread
Made it as is and my family gobbled it up! It came out a little crumbly and I think it's because my apples were really big - so this time I'll decrease the apples by 1 to see if it makes it less crumbly.

Spicy Rapid Roast Chicken
This was excellent! I did it exactly only I cooked it in the slow cooker for 7hrs - flavor was great and the moisture was wonderful and it FELL off the bones! Loved it!
