Red Bliss Potato Salad with Gorgonzola and Walnuts

Made this for our 4th of July picnic and everyone loved it! I got compliments all night! I made it with all the ingredients and didn't change anything. I made it the night before to let everything marinate in the dressing. It had a very refreshing flavor...a nice change from salads with mayo.

Magic Peanut Butter Middles

The chocolate was east to work with. I found it good to flatten it with you hands. It wrapped around the peanut butter ball nicely that way.

Chocolate Mint Candy Pie

This was good. I found a 10 oz Duncan Hines brownie mix that comes in a pouch and baked it in a 8X8 inch pan. It work really well for a nice thin base layer. I thought the idea of using a brownie for a base kept it unique and work well balancing the flavors. I kept the filling the same except I omitted the coffee. I placed 1/2 cup of Junior Mints in the freezer to harden them and then cut them in peices to place on top. This pie was really sweet so small peices are plenty.

Spicy Pumpkin Fudge

I give this recipe 4 starts but my fudge was worth 5 stars. It's was sooo good but I had to make changes to accomplish it. I read the reviews of others and took some advice from each to create my own. I doubled the pumpkin to 1 cup and the pumpkin spice to 1 tablespoon. I used 1 cup of white chocolate chips and 1 cup of cinnamon chips which made it really yummy I thought. I lessened the sugar to two cups. I kept the butter, marshmellow and vanilla the same.

Peppermint Pie

This was great! The only things I changed was I added 1/2 a teaspoon of peppermint oil and I used a oreo pie. Also, I sprinkled red and green sprinkles on top and extra crushed candy cane. Looked really Christmasy. Make sure you serve it frozen and DO NOT let it sit on the table for awhile before cutting.

Warm Crab Parmesan Dip

Everyone loved this! I used two cans of lump crab meant, 1 cup of sour cream, 1 1/2 cups of Italin mix cheese, Garlic powder because that's all I had, 8 ounces of low fat cream cheese, and I sprinkled Season All on top. I served it in a rye marbled bread bowl. I make it for Christmas Dinner. The presentation was very nice.

Broccoli Ham Ring

This was really good! I used sour cream instead of the mustard and was glad I did. I didn't have any green onions so I used onion flakes and it worked fine. Everything else was the same. This would be good dipped in ranch dressing or sour cream.
