We love shepherds pie and the addition of the mashed carrots as a layer was wonderful! I did have a hard time mashing the carrots and I had them boiling for 30 minutes! We also like the meat to have a good gracy so I added a jar of fat free Heinz beef gravy. I also added corn and peas in the the meat as I like to get in as many vegetables as I can Overall this was great and I will make again. I just have to figure out how to boil carrots right!

WOW! I was so impressed with how easy these were to make and how wonderful they came out. My husband HATES mayo and I was worried he would pick up the taste but he thought they were fantastic too! Don't change a thing! This one is a sure keeper!

This is a fantastic meal! Whenever I ask my husband what he would like for dinner...this is in his top 5 for sure! I am very liberal with the garlic and spices. I always add just a touch of hot pepper sauce! Highly recommended! I like to serve this with a roasted potatoes and carrots!
