Apricot Balls
These were delicious!! i was a bit unsure about the amount of condensed milk, so just added a bit at a time until the mixture seemed right - i'm so glad i didn't pour the whole can in!! otherwise fantastic.

Squash Stuffed Chicken Breasts
I started making this recipe, and realised i didnt have a bell pepper or celery. I substituted them for what i did have - mushrooms and a red chilli! It was still fantastic. I will try the original recipe sometime soon though. Im sure it will be great!

Vegetarian Bean Curry
One of the best vegetarian recipes I've come across. My husband added some cashew nuts to his, and although i was skeptical at first, it added a whole new textural dimension to the dish! well worth trying.
