Fluffy Pancakes
we have pancakes every sunday for dinner. i decided to venture from our tried and true recipe and try these. they are hands down the best pancakes ever. i subbed oil for the melted butter for convenience sake, and couldn't tell the difference.

Overnight Blueberry French Toast
this recipe has become a tradition in our house. when i find blueberries on sale, i buy in bulk and freeze them so i can make this year round.

Corn Dog Muffins
great recipe. the quality of your muffin mix dramatically affects this recipe. add an extra egg if you have a drier mix. i omiited the corn (personal preference) and added 1/4 c honey for more of a corndog flavor.
