Raspberry Linzer Cookies
I've been making this recipe for years. These are tender cookies that require care when baking but I promise you you'll get rave reviews. I bring them everywhere and people love them. Great for baby and bridal showers. Make an impressive presentation. Follow recipe as is.

Szechwan Shrimp
If felt the sauce to this recipe was bland. Next time I'd add some fish sauce, fresh ginger or ginger paste, sesame seeds and maybe a bit of anchovy paste for added flavor. I steamed green beans and mixed with sauce and soba noodles. Overall this recipe needs to be kicked up more than a notch!

Mock Chicken Fried Steak
Excellent. This is a super fast weeknight meal. Whole family loved it. I forgot the egg, omitted the chili powder and salt and instead put in a 2 minced garlic cloves, 1/2 package onion soup mix, 1/4 of a grated onion, 1 T of ketchup and pushed the patties into crushed club crackers (pulse in food processor until fine). Awesome and didn't even need gravy. I'll be making this over and over again. Soo fast too!
