Big Al's K.C. Bar-B-Q Sauce
Not like this recipe need more raves, but it's good. Damned good. I didn't have everything so I altered a few things. Used a bottle of Guinness vs. 1 1/4 c. vinegar and only 3/4 c. red vinegar. Used raw garlic vs. powder. (what can I say I don't like vampires?) The flavor is amazing and the heat builds in your mouth and tingles your tongue. It's not enough to burn, but enough to sizzle a little. I plan on slow cooking turkey legs in the sauce...we'll see how it turns out!

Classic Spanish Sangria
Loved it! Loved it! Loved it! It is strong; so be forewarned. My girlfriend fell asleep on the edge of my tub with her hiney in the air giraffe style after I served this at my baby shower.

Cherry Rum Balls
i used marichino cherries with the stems. they are a little juicier than the candied cherries and easier to coat because of the stem. I seal them in an air tight container for a few weeks before giving away and the cherries soak in the rum or brandy and the cookie part stays moist because of the cherry juice.
