Easy to make and pretty much awesome. Personally I would like less of the cream cheese topping and more of the pie filling. Next time I make this I will try a different ratio but still a great pie and still gets the full 5 stars. I had a little trouble getting the topping to "cream" it was pretty thick and didnt spread well. Any tips?

I loved the complex flavors and the way they came together. My only complaint is that the soup is very rich. I know it has cream and butter but it was more rich than I would have expected. Maybe I will cut down on the butter next time. Overall, still an excellent soup.

First roast I had ever cooked, I used this recipe. Everyone at dinner was very impressed and kept asking how it was cooked and if they could get my recipe. haha.
