I work full time and my husband works full time + and we have two boys. One is 11 and the other is 5. With my husband gone alot I do 99% of the cooking and I am always on a tight schedule. So I get lots of cooking practice and I'm forced to try new things to cut down on cooking time. I absolutely love spinich fettuccine. I love cooking my own creations as well. The only thing that my family makes is a very special potato salad. Only a few people in the family have the recipe and can make it. I love to cook, but I'm a terrible baker.
