Antipasto Pasta Salad

Basic Flaky Pie Crust

My family and the guests i made it for loved it. Next time I will make it with butter flavored Crisco, should make an even better taste!

I used fresh garlic but I didn't have any green onion. I substituted the sliced ham for diced ham steaks. I also used super sharp cheddar since one review said there was not much flavor. I served them with a honey mustard sauce and they went over really well.

Breaded Pork Tenderloin

My husband practically ate the whole tenderloin himself. The prep time really wasn't that bad as long as you allot enough time for it. I agree with a previous reviewer that a nice white wine sauce would taste nice over it.

Chocolate Eclair Dessert

I took the advice of previous reviewers and frosted the graham crackers before placing them on top, made it much easier. I also let it sit for 10 hours so the crackers were moist. DELICIOUS, no one could believe how easy it was to make.

Easy Breezy Casserole

I REALLY altered this recipe, it was a good base to start from. I added double the noodles, and a can of cheese and broccoli condensed soup. I also added some broccoli and corn. Then topped with cheese and bread crumbs. Husband LOVED it and so did I.

Garlic Ranch Chicken

WonderfuL!!!! Next time I will make extra marinade to brush on while grilling. Chicken was a hit with hubby that normally doesn't like his chicken grilled.
