Raspberry Trifle
I made this at Christmas time and everyone loved it. My daughter is turning 18 today and asked for this cake weeks ago for her birthday. The tart raspberries make it great.

Holiday Cranberry Applesauce
I thought the Red Hot taste was a little overwhelming. The red color was nice for a change, but I don't think I'll make it again.

Clark's Quiche
My 14 year old daughter made this. We substituted left over ham for bacon. It was delicious!
