Rhubarb Jam
This was the first time I made jam. It was simple and it turned out amazing! THe only thing I did different was omit the water and mixed the sugar and rhubabrb & let it stand in the ffridge for several hours (It was an unintentional necessity). I gave my mom a jar and she had it gone that night.

Fluffy Pancakes
Never made pancakes from scratch before and this was so simple. I replaced the shortening with butter and mmm-mmm-mmm! Never gonna use the boxed stuff again!! Geez, now I'm hungry...

Bacon-Flavored Dog Biscuits
These are so easy to make and my dog just L-O-V-E-S them!! They just finishe cooling a little bit ago and I can't move without him going straight to the kitchen. Never seen him act so goofy over a treat before. LOL! He agrees with the 5 stars.
