Five-Minute Blueberry Pie

Awesome and easy! Used a Sarah Lee pie crust b/c I had it on hand and used raspberries too b/c didn't have enough blueberries. Delish!

Caramel Pecan Pie

I thought this was a great recipe. I've made it two times now. I took other peoples' advice and did 1 1/2 cups of pecans. I also reduced the sugar to 1/4 white and 1/4 of brown sugar! Yum. One time I did the pecans whole, the other I chopped them up. Personal preference. It's quick to make as well!

Easy Batter Fruit Cobbler

What a great and easy recipe! I have made this twice already and I have followed the recipe exactly! There is no need to change a thing. I had fresh picked strawberries, blueberries and blackberries on hand and threw them in! Delish!

Pierogi Casserole

What a great new casserole. I cheated and used boxed mashed potatoes and it was still delish! I just followed the rest of the recipe and it came out great.

Easy Cream Cheese Danish

Very Yum!!! It took no time to make. In the future I'm going to buy the new crescent rolls dought that they sell in one piece without the seams. You have to like crescent roll dough when you make this recipe.

Absoluetely Yummy! These were tasty! Don't know if I'll ever make box mix again! I might just mix this up in a large quantity of the dry mix and keep it on hand!

Chewy Coconut Cookies

I think this is one delicious cookie! I didnt' get all fancy with changing things. The only thing I had to do was add a bit more flour b/c my first batch was a little flat! Loved these and simple to make. It's nice b/c usually the only cookie I ever made w/ coconut was a macaroon and I liked this one even more!

Coconut Macaroons III

An absolutely fabulous recipe! I think these are the best macaroons I've ever had. I split the amount of vanilla extract with almond extract. I also put mini chocolate chips in half the batch! Delish!

i liked this, the men loved it. i prefer one with more spices and depth of flavor. but this is easy and quick- especially if you use bacon bits or precooked bacon.

Marzetti® Coconut Breaded Chicken with Crunchy Fruit Sauce

Based on everyone's reviews I made one major change and it turned out Delicious! I marinated the chicken in Coconut Milk all day before I did anything!! It was soooooo great! Loved this recipe.

Spaghetti Squash I
