Big Soft Ginger Cookies
What a great great cookie! I was so curious about it since it got so many wonderful reviews! I followed recipe exactly and it didn't disappoint!

Coconut Breaded Chicken with Crunchy Fruit Sauce
Based on everyone's reviews I made one major change and it turned out Delicious! I marinated the chicken in Coconut Milk all day before I did anything!! It was soooooo great! Loved this recipe.

Spaghetti Squash I
Awesome Recipe. Easy to make. Eliminated the olives b/c husband doesn't like. Will definately make again! Yummy and creative way to use spaghetti squash!
