Cheeseburger Soup I
Really more like 4.5 stars. This is a good solid recipe - easy, unfussy and you probably have all the ingredients in your kitchen already! Some changes I made were using pre-cut carrot slices, omitting the celery, punching up the seasoning and using beef broth instead of chicken (since I had beef broth on hand.) I also used frozen cubed potatoes which worked well. I didn't stir in the sour cream but dolloped it on top with some sliced green onions. Even my veggie-averse 'tween had two bowls of this one. I'll absolutely make this one again!
