I live in the desert 30 miles south of Edwards Airforce Base. I am married to husband #3. 3rd time is a charm. Truely blessed. I have two grown sons that live out of state. My hobby is cooking. Come from a family of everthing homemade cooks. My mom is the best and was my Aunt. Italian, mexican, seafood and lots of bbq. Thanksgiving dinner. And I always make Prime Rib for Christmas. Morton's Kosher salt box has the best recipe for Salt packed Prime Rib and it looks like snow on your Roast when it comes out of the oven. Apparently my chili rellenos are up there. People at parties steal them and hide them in their cars. no kidding. Fried Chicken. I just can't fry chicken, it comes out terrible every time. I don't eat sweets so I am not a good baker or sweet cookie cooker.
