Sweet Dinner Rolls

These buns were a great success! Next time I will try to use less sugar because I don't like sweet buns. Nevertheless, the texture is really soft and the taste is very good. I halved the recipe so that it would be easier to knead.

Deep Dish Brownies

Very tasty brownies! I also followed other reviewers and made some changes to the recipe. I only used 2 eggs and halved the sugar to 3/4 cup. I also omitted the baking powder and reduced the butter to 1/2 cup. I used a fan oven, so I reduced the heat to 165 degrees and baked the brownies for 35 minutes. Still, the brownies were really nice. Definitely use this recipe again!!

Apple Pie II

Very good recipe! I also took suggestions from other reviewers: add 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp nutmeg and 1 tbsp lemon juice. I used orange juice instead of apple juice, and reduced sugars to 1/4 cup each. Butter was halved as well. Still, the taste was great! Not too sweet, not too sour. I will definitely use this recipe again!

Blackberry Pie I

I used blackberries from the woods, and it was wonderful! The pie crust I used was Becky's recipe. Good combination!

No Fail Pie Crust III

This pie crust recipe is wonderful, and it is easy too! I used the fresh pie crust with the blackberries I picked from the woods. Great recipe!
