Slow Cooker Sweet Potato Casserole
I've been looking for a good sweet potato recipe for the holidays for a long time. This is the one. It was easy using the canned sweet potatoes. The amounts were a little odd and I forgot the orange juice, but it turned out great. I will definitely make again.

Land of Nod Cinnamon Buns
So easy to make, and these taste absolutely wonderful. I like to add pecans when I take them out. Everyone loves them.

Microwave Oven Peanut Brittle
Makes a delicious peanut brittle. This was my first attempt at making candy, and was really easy. Just watch it as it can burn if time is not right. Works great with pecans also.
