Mushroom Pork Chops

My only change was using 'meat magic' seasoning with ground pepper instead of the above listed. I am not a mushroom person, but my boyfriend loves them.

I wanted an easy mashed potatoes recipe that would impress my boyfriend's parents at Christmas eve dinner. This was exactly what I needed. It was so simple to make, and it was all gone before I knew it.

Herb-Simmered Beef Stew

Yummy recipe :] I used yellow potatoes, and I added onion to my stew for extra flavor. It turned out very well. My boyfriend liked it so much he had two bowls for dinner, and one the next day for breakfast!
