I'm 18, and just moved out of the parents house. I starting cooking as a twice a week chore, but learned to love it! Now that I'm on my own I love to cook each night for my boyfriend and throw dinner parties for friends and family. I love making baked chicken of all kinds. I'm always experimenting with new marinades, rubs, and sauces on different cuts of chicken. My moms side of the family has been making "Goodest Chicken" for generations. Fried chicken baked in creamy soup, broccoli, and rice. Me and my sisters request it for every holiday meal. I'm completely unable to make cookies. I forget about them or I dont hear the timer and they burn every time!
