Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I

My cookies didn't turn out very well. They were horribly flat and even after baking them 10 minutes they werent cooked in the center. Next time I think I will try half butter and half shortening.

Rosemary Roasted Turkey

This was my first attempt at roasting a turkey. I made a huge mistake in only adding 1 teaspoon of salt. It was SOOOO bland.... I would suggest adding a generous amount of salt.

Blueberry Salad

This was easy as pie! I took the suggestions of others and filled a graham cracker pie crust. Put the blueberry filling on top. Next time I'll use fresh or frozen blueberries.

Russian Mushroom and Potato Soup

DELICIOUS!! This was very quick and simple to make. I followed the suggestion of another reviewer. And used portabella mushrooms. It gave it a richer taste. But the end result was fabulous!

Delicious!! The only change I made was to substitute the butter and shortning with 1 stick of margarine.( trying to keep the cholestreol down) I love this recipe!

OH MY GOODNESS!!!!I JUST MADE THESE BY FOLLOWING THE RECIPE EXACTLY. AND THEY REALLY ARE DELICIOUS. MY 5 YR OLD SAID THESE WERE THE BEST COOKIE SHE'D EVER TASTED! THANK YOU FOR THIS OUTRAGEOUSLY GOOD RECIPE!

Hamburger Vegetable Soup

This was hands down the best version of hamburger soup I've ever tasted! It was SOOO easy and quick to make. Love the part about adding frozen veggies. It's nice to not spend so much time preparing a meal. The flavors were a hit. The only thing I added was some onion powder, black pepper and along with the canned chicken broth I added 1 chicken boullion cube. To make it more rich. Wonderful! Thank you

Mandarin Orange Cake I

THIS TURNED OUT AMAZING!! I MADE A COUPLE OF CHANGE'S.I USED TWO 9 INCH ROUND PAN'S. AND I ADDED 8 OZ. OF SOFTENED CREAM CHEESE TO THE FROSTING. I USED A HAND MIXER AND THE CONSISTENTCY RESEMBLED FROSTING INSTEAD OF PUDDING. AND THE OVERALL FLAVOR WAS AMAZING. I ALSO ADDED SWEETENED COCONUT TO THE SIDES AND GARNISHED THE TOP WITH SOME MANDARIN SEGMENTS I HAD RESERVED. ABSOLUTELY DEVINE!!

These cooks are delicious!! Although, they werent sweet enough for my taste. So, after they were cooked and cooled off completely, I dipped just the top in powdered sugar. Yummmm....

Delicious Raspberry Oatmeal Cookie Bars

OMG!! These are quite the treat. Yummmmmy. I followed the recipe, with the exception that I took the suggestion of another reviewer and softened the butter instead of melting it. It seemed to do the trick with preventing it from crumbling. I will definately be making this again and again. Thank you!

Peanut Butter Cookies with Chocolate Chunks

Oh my gawsh!!! I just made these for the first time. And they're now my favorite peanut butter cookie. I love that the recipe didn't have white sugar. Nice change from most cookie recipes. Thanks!!

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms

This turned out delicious! I added a 6 oz. can of crab meat after reading the reviews. Important tip: Let the mushroom's completely dry. Otherwise, you'll the mushrooms will be cooking in alot of water.

Old Fashioned Apple Dumplings

This is yummy. I took the suggestions from the other reviewer's and chopped the apples. I prefer red apples. Also, I used margarine. Came out too salty. Will use unsalted butter next time.
