Pesto Chicken Florentine
Delicious!!!! The only thing I did different was threw the chicken on the grill for 7 min on each side.

Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II
This is delicious!! I followed the recipe, with the exception of putting the mozzerella on top. Instead I added it to the mixture. I only had french bread on hand. Served on it sliced. Amazing!!!

Banana Sour Cream Bread
Yummmm.... I did make a few changes. First I hal- ved the recipe. I added a pinch of ground clove and nutmeg to the batter w/ 1/3 brown sugar, 1 1/2 cups of white sugar. I also used the crumb topping from the recipe banana crumb muffins. Sooo good!
