Maybe it's because I have never had yorkshire pudding before and I did not know what to expect, but I did not care for it. I'm sure this recipe was perfect for what I was making, but I guess I just do not like yorkshire pudding. I only made it for my daughter's school project, but because it was so fluffy and beautiful in presentation I tried it. The teacher said they were wonderful, but I thought different. I read on here that they were not eggy at all. Ha - I thought they tasted just like fluffy egg with no seasoning. Very eggy to me and I love egg. I will make this again I'm sure when my other two daughters have to make it for school, but not as a dish for our eating.
