My name is Andrea Johnson. I was born and raised in Nashville, TN. I am always looking for different ways to cook different types of dishes. My mother in law always tell me the best way to learn how to cook is by simply reading a recipe and follwing the instructions. I almost like cooking everything except for fry chicken. Anything southern. My mother is a perfessional cook so she is always in the kitchen whipping something up. N/A One day I was cooking dinner for my dad. My dad is a chicken lover and will eat chicken everyday. Well anyways I had fried some chicken and after wards when I went to test one of the pieces... well you all know what happened... blood came pouring out. Of course my dad came in the kitchen and told me what I had did wrong and walked me step by step on how to fry chicken.
