Brown Sugar Meatloaf
Thank you--Tangastar!!!! I up it to 12 servings and mixed in 1 pound of sausage along with small redskin potatoes (8) and a whole large sweet onion copped. Also put some sauce on bottom of roaster and rest on top of meatloaf. All who ate it gave me high praise. PS. it made a great late night cold sandwich--Johnflag

Mini Meat Loaves
Using Ground Turkey, pork sausage, and ground beef that was left over I added Extra onion(3/4 cup)and jalepeno chili peppers to half and green peppers to the rest. A combo of crackers and bread crumbs with 8 oz of tomato sauce help hold it together. To the sauce I added 3/4 cup brown sugar. Family ate them all and said do it again. Salsa Chicken
Had to put breast in a beer taco mix for two days then baked as directed. Served them with stir fried veggies,mushrooms, peppers and snow peas.Lots of compliments so thanks to Allrecipes for the help
