Breaded Pork Tenderloin
I did not pound the pork at all. I cut in quarter inch rounds and followed the rest of the recipe...however, I did NOT put them in the oven because they were all ready done. Nice and juicy! I got rave reviews!

BBQ Chuck Roast
This was fabulous!! Easy and imparts a very delicious flavor to the meat. Can't afford prime rib?? Just buy a chuck roast and follow this recipe and your guests will roll their eyes! Highly recommended!
