Brunch on the Bayou
Very good! I make a few brunch dishes and this is my husbands favorite. Easy to make and a nice mix of flavors. I added tabasco for a little extra kick!

Brunch Enchiladas
I made this for the first time for Christmas Eve morning bruch and ever since then, my family requests I bring it to every brunch gathering whether Easter, baby showers or any occassion. It's become "the brunch staple" in our family... thanks for the recipe!
