Make-Ahead Turkey Gravy
This gravy was excellent. I made it ahead of time and added it to the gravy I made from my turkey and it came out delicious. What a lifesaver as I had 21 guests for dinner and there is never enough gravy.

Megan's Granola
The mixture of honey, syrup and brown sugar was perfect for the amount of dry ingredients. Just the right sweetness for my taste. I was concerned that it was such a large quantity that it would not be sufficiently dry when stored in an air tight container. I baked it 10 minutes longer than recipe called for and it was wonderfully toasty. I think I will take one of trays out at 20 minutes next time just to see the difference. I used different types of nuts that I had in the freezer and also a variety of dried fruits. I think you can be very creative with those ingredients. I also added double the amount of cinnamon and vanilla. This will be my preferred granola recipe from now on. Thanks.
