Banana Frittata

This was very tasty. We added a dash of cinnamon powder and vanilla extract. This was one of the very few recipes we already had everything to make. Nevertheless, we'll be making this again! It was just enough to serve 2 for breakfast.

These were great. Used a jalapeno instead of bell pepper because we have one that's allergic to bell pepper. Gave it a nice kick.

Blissful Rosemary Chicken

Very good. I had to use mozzarella cheese instead of fontina cheese. I also used dry cure ham for prosciutto. The rosemary makes this very flavorful.

I usually don't like cornbread because it's crumbyly, but I loved this kind. It's soft, moist, and delicious. There is no need to change the recipe at all because it is perfect.

Let it simmer all day.. it's worth the wait. When it simmers longer, it absorbs all of the flavors and it just explodes in your mouth.

Great! Taste just like the ones at Chili's except a little less spicy. I recommend deep frying them at 350 F instead of 375 F to cook throughoutly without burning.

As an American who typically loves ethnic foods, I was not a big fan of this. I like creamy rice pudding, but I think the condensed milk in this recipe didn't go well with the rice. Two of my family members and a close friend also tried it and didn't like it.
