Jerre's Black Bean and Pork Tenderloin Slow Cooker Chili
An excellent change-up from regular ground beef chili. Easy to prepare and great tasting. We will definitely make this again.

Banana Frittata
This was very tasty. We added a dash of cinnamon powder and vanilla extract. This was one of the very few recipes we already had everything to make. Nevertheless, we'll be making this again! It was just enough to serve 2 for breakfast.

Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers
These were great. Used a jalapeno instead of bell pepper because we have one that's allergic to bell pepper. Gave it a nice kick.
