Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Wow, this is my new oatmeal cookie recipe. Fantastic! The aroma when you open the container of stored cookies is wonderful.

Easy Peach Cobbler

I made this without any changes. It was nothing great. If I make it again I will add more peaches and spices.

Pepperoncini Beef

Not that good, taste the vinegar and that was all. Meat was very tender though. I won't make again.
