Mini Cheesecakes

Enjoyed this recipes very much, added the tsp of vanilla to the batter and did the graham cracker crust. The mini-cupcake pan takes exactly 15 mins.

Bacon Wrapped Smokies

Went over very well with my family. Did 375 for 15 mins and broil for about 5 mins. On the foil lined cookie sheet and cooling rack. Came out perfectly!

Fruit Dip II

You can add a liitle jello mix to the fluff & cream cheese to flavor the dip. I personally liked strawberry jello, I also tried the blue raspberry but didn't like as well.
