Chicken Souvlaki Gyro Style
The sauce was terrific! Very authentic. I will definitely use that again. As for the chicken and marinade, it wasn't good. My mother is Sicilian and I grew up eating Gyros, so I get offended very easily. It was way too tangy and just bitter. I would have preferred it without the marinade. Oh, and it is pronounced (year-oh)!

Taco Seasoning III
I don't know what the previous reviewer meant by the seasoning being too spicy. I thought it was too blah! I followed the ingredients perfectly and it was just very weak. I had to add a lot, and I mean a lot, more cumin just to make it bearable. Next time, I;m just going to spend the extra 75 cents and buy a packet of taco mix.

Jamaican Me Crazy Chili
Like a dope, I went to the grocery store to buy ingredients for a Jamaican dish and bought "Italian Style" canned tomatoes! Still, it was a very sweet chili. I was expecting it to be a little tangy and spicy. Especially since I added a few jalapeƱo peppers. I like my chili spicy not sweet.
