This was delicious! I used jalapeno mustard and italian flavored bread crumbs. I served it on a whole wheat sandwich bun. The amount of bread crumbs was just fine for me. They didn't fall apart, although I did 'knead' the patties a little before frying. Thanks very much for the recipe. I will definitely make this again.

I added 4 oz of Herb & Chive Tofutti (Tofu cream cheese) instead of the cheddar, and used soy milk instead of dairy. It came out delicious!
