I work 9 to 6... sometimes later and I have recently taken up cooking. The more I do it, the more I fall in love with it. On the weekends I love to spend time cooking elaborate meals, but on the weekdays I often need quick recipes that taste amazing. I grew up baking with my mom, and although I dont get to bake very often, I am still passionate about it. Italian food... I am a garlic lover! And I like experimenting with new meats and fish. I love baking cookies too! Holiday cooking/baking is my favorite pastime. We made a tradition of being in the kitchen baking something for every holiday and I look forward to it every year.
