I am 50 yrs. old and the father of 2 boys, 4 and 5 and a 8 month old girl. When my wife was transferred we decided that I would stay home with the children rather than put them in daycare. Being a full time at home parent is challenging at my age to say the least. I am a real throw something in the pan and season to taste kind of person. Some things turn out great and others not so great. I experiment a lot with chicken and I like to make pasta sauce from scratch. I am still in search of the perfect pizza crust that is easy to make.
