I made it into muffins and they were so tasty! I also added walnuts and greased the pan with olive oil spray, wouldn't change anything else, very good!

I've used this one twice and it is pretty good! I cook for three people so I double the recipe to have enough. Also I let it rise in a warm location in a bowl with a damp cloth covering the bowl. After it has risen I work the dough before I divide it into two pans (which I spay lightly with olive oil spray, for a low cal option)... works very well and taste great!

This worked well for a whole chicken I cooked on the BBQ. The other review was correct, the skin came right off,,, nice and tender! yum!
