I was born in Dettlebach Germany, raised in Louisiana and reside in Texas! I love to cook for my family and watch them get full to the max! Things I love to cook are gumbo, spaghetti, fried chicken, fish. I also love to incorporate recipes from different recipes that I read about...to fun! My family traditions are cooking with love, much love makes a great meal! My cooking triumph is when I mastered seasonings. I was always told my my mother ( who is the greatest cook alive :) ) that salt was going to be the death of me. Well momma, I got it down now! My cooking tragedies would have to be baking. Whether it's cookies, bread or cakes, it's not for me.
