Outrageous Chocolate Chip Cookies
Use two eggs, not one. The batter stays together A LOT better. Also, extend the cooking time if you like fat cookies. Try about 15minutes.

Peanut Butter Dreams
I used 2 cups confectioners sugar and no shortening and this recipe was still delicious. I did this because I had made a similar recipe which called for 3 cups confec. sugar and as I recall, it was way too much. I also was in a rush and just poured it into a pan and covered it with chocolate. Holy Moose this recipe is delicious, (and very dangerous for all of you who live in a household and are the only one who eats sweets ;)!

Vegetarian Nut Loaf
I made this for my husband and daughter, he is vegetarian and my daughter and I eat chicken and fish on occasions. He liked it a lot and said that it reminded him of his friend's recipe called "wheatloaf." I personally did not enjoy this recipe all that much. It tasted a lot like stuffing with nuts only in a loaf form.
