This was a good but not great recipe. It was a nice change to use up that extra pumpkin from our garden as a side dish instead of a pumpkin dessert or soup. Both my husband and I like this but it turned out rather watery. Will probably make again.

This soup is absolutely wonderful! All of the ingredients mesh very well together. I have made and tasted many potato soups before, but this one is by far the best. It's nice to have a recipe that is healthy and without all of the cheese. It is made fairly quickly, but tastes like you worked for hours in the kitchen. This will definitely be made again!

I made this recipe about a year ago and my husband has been raving about it ever since! He loves this dish and swears up and down it is the best lasagna he has ever had. I think it is quite tasty as well! I followed the recipe to a 'T'. I didn't have the fennel seeds though, but will try them next time (Friday) because everyone says they 'make the dish' I haven't made it in so long because I live in Austria now, and believe it or not, I can't find ground italian sausage anywhere. I have found a recipe to make your own homemade sausage, so I will try that. Anyway, this is definitely a recipe worth the time and trying! My husband will be SOOOOO excited!
