Crispy and Creamy Doughnuts
Great doughnuts! The glaze isn't my favorite, but the doughnuts are very good. With a little extra flour (I used bread flour), the dough was a perfect dough.

Meatballs with Raisins and Honey
These meatballs are delicious. I liked them so much I made them for the Christmas Table at my firm and got raves in response. My favorite compliment was, "Great meatballs. In fact, it's more than a meatball."
