I wanted to impress my then boyfriend,now husband by making him shark steaks..Well, I learned that not everyone's stove/oven is the same as yours.. I put the steaks in the broiler and it went into flames! Luckily, only one side of the steak got charred. We were still able to eat it (Very good, rich texture) and it tasted delicious! I made some white rice, shrimp scampi, salad and shark steaks (still edible).
