Creamed Chicken for Biscuits

For some reason I can't figure out, this recipe was just average. I thought it would be incredible, but was a little disappointed. Still not sure why.

Apricot Chicken with Balsamic Vinegar

I really enjoyed this dish. I do however tend to like sweet and salty/savory together. It was really easy to make and had a great blend of flavor. It reminded me of a dish I had at a delicious morrocan restaurant. If you don't like sweet sauces however, this probably isn't the dish for you.

Cheesiest Potato Soup

I am a huge fan of this recipe, and since finding it have made it several times already. I use lowfat milk rather than the heavy cream and I never measure my cheese, so is probably less. Still qualifies as the cheesiest soup though. It is incredible. I think the dill gets all the credit...well and the little kick from the cayenne. Thanks for the great recipe. I'd make this once a week if I thought I could get away with it!

New England Clam Chowder I

To me, this was just average. It reminded me of corn chowder more than clam chowder. It was still good, but will keep looking for more of a restaurant style quality recipe.

Pumpkin Pancakes

These were absolutely wonderful! I did make several changes for my convenience, but have no doubt that the original recipe would be great! I used a gluten free flour mix, didn't separate the eggs, and used regular syrup. In my mind, they couldn't have been any better! I do look forward to someday trying the syrup when I have more time. Thanks for the great recipe!

This was a really good base. I added italian sausage, used 1 % milk, and cut back on the boullion, and it was really good. I will definitely make again!

Chicken Tortilla Soup IV

This was absolutely delicious! I couldn't believe how easy and yummy it was! I fried up the tortillas and this to me made all the difference. (There is a HUGE difference between tortilla chips and frying up tortillas!) I topped with fresh cilantro, avocado and sour cream! Super yummy! Thanks for the great recipe! I'll be making this again and again!

Crustless Cranberry Pie

This was incredible! I loved the tart cranberry flavor with the sweet cake. I did use the yummy topping as others did. Also, I have made this twice and it definitely came out better as a coffee cake than a pie. It baked better in a 9x13 (I doubled it) than in a pie dish. I also preferred the full amount of almond flavoring. Really adds a nice flavor. Thanks for the great recipe that is SUPER easy!

Lentil Soup

This recipe was amazing. Reminded me of my favorite soup from Olive Garden, but I know this one is healthier. I love that it is meatless, which I am trying to do more of. You couldn't even tell because it is bursting with flavor! Made it for my family and they loved it. Will definitely make this one over and over. Thanks!

This recipe is absolutely amazing! It is definitely my favorite! I even make it gluten free and because of how moist it is, you can't even tell. Whenever I make this, I get a ton of compliments. Have already made it several times this season and will make it many more! Thanks for sharing!

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes

Doesn't get any better than this! I did layer the cheese sauce in between each layer instead of just on top. Super cheesy and wonderful. Did take a long time to bake, but was well worth the wait!

Creamy Rice Pudding

This recipe is seriously the best! I loved it with the golden raisins and cinnamon. The only thing that it doesn't specify that is a must, is using sticky rice or short grain. It really adds to the texture.

Blueberry Coffee Cake

This was awesome! I didn't and wouldn't change a thing, except double the topping. The chunks of cream cheese were incredible in it! I loved it and so did those who tried it.
