I am the mother of 2 wonderful little boys. I love to cook and have been since i was little{around 8 or so}. I always look for ways to let m kids help out as much as they can in the kitchen. My littlest one is quite the cookie decorator, even at 3. I also own a cake decorating business which I have been doing now for 2 years. But most recently I've been looking for more healthy recipes and wanting to try some different things. So far I've found quite a few things here at allrecipes.com. I love to bake!! Cookies, cakes, breads you name it I love to bake it. I also really enjoy candy making. I like to work with chocolate and hard candy. Holiday's would have to be my favorite time to cook. I love the traditions that have been passed down and the one's that I'm creating for my own children. Mom's buckeyes and chocolate covered pretzels, Grandma's homemade egg noodles and Green Jello salad. Also my own additions the brown sugar brined turkey and chocolate covered cherries. I'm really proud of my decorated cakes the most. The time an care that goes into them is worth every minute when you see a customer who really appreciates your work.
