Cracked Sugar Cookies I
I used butter, 2 full eggs instead of the yokes, extra vanilla, and sprinkled colored sugar sprinkles on top. These are excellent, soft sugar cookies. Perfect for Christmas.

Best Ever Sausage with Peppers, Onions, and Beer!
Very good! I used fresh (homegrown)ground sweet-hot sausage instead of link sausage and some extra oregano. I also added about a tablespoon of honey to cut down on the bite of the tomato paste. It was delicious mixed in with brown rice. The kids loved it! I'll definitely make again.

Turkey with Apple Stuffing
Definitely needs more liquid. I added the liquid from my roast that I was cooking and the stufing turned out delicious. I'd say that I added an additional 2 eggs and 1 to 2 cups of apple juice/meat drippings to make this stuffing moist.
